500 places have been made available this year and these will open to anyone up to 31st July, after which time no more entries will be taken.
If all 500 are taken up before the 31st July then that will be it. There will NOT be a reserve list as entries will be up the maximum number.
In addition to the 500 available places we have to allow for 2018 deferrals which will take the overall entry list to potentially more than 500. Prior to the 2019 event date there will inevitably be deferral requests which will take numbers back down to somewhere between 450 and 500 which is the absolute maximum.
THERE WILL NOT BE A RESERVE LIST FOR 2019.
If you need to defer your 2019 Tour Of Merseyside entry then you have up to 5.00pm on FRIDAY 31st MAY to request your deferral. You can do this by emailing email@example.com
After this time the race numbers and t shirts will be ordered and it will not be possible to defer your entry.
There will be a £50 charge to defer and this can be done after the entries are concluded for the 2020 event.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING OTHER THAN REQUEST YOUR DEFERRAL BY 31 st MAY.
We will be in touch regarding deferral payment which will be required by Friday 30th August.
If you have already deferred from 2018 to 2019 it will not be possible to defer for a second time.
The six race format will be as follows…
